EASY TO USE DIRECTIONS:

Serving size 15ml or 1/2 oz. of LiquaFiber into at least 2oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold)
15ml = 1 TBSP          1/2oz. = 1 TBSP

Dosage: 
              13 yrs to adult -
              1/2oz. up to 3 times daily.

Note:     
              Do not exceed more than 
              5 servings per day.

Storage: 
              Store at room temperature.
